Petra Lammers spent over 12 years as a theater director, turning spaces into immersive stage worlds. Today, she transforms corporate change processes into stories that inspire, activate, and motivate. As a TransformationDramaturg, Petra combines the craft of dramaturgy with strategic thinking. Her approach: strategic and collaborative storytelling that doesn’t just communicate change but enables it from within.

Petra Lammers is a TransformationDramaturg, communication consultant, and storyteller. She combines strategic and collaborative storytelling with semantic AI analyses to make transformation processes in organizations understandable, tangible and controllable.

In 2010, Petra Lammers founded onliveline GmbH, an office for transformation & storytelling, which further developed into onto[story] GmbH in 2025. With this company, Petra sharpens the ‘story-driven transformation process’ and supports companies in strategic transformations through clear narratives, collaborative formats, and value-driven data analysis. Previously, Petra was Creative Director and Concept Designer at Panroyal, where she was responsible for artistic productions involving complex technologies for comprehensive communication strategies.

As a freelance theater director, Petra Lammers spent over 12 years combining the art of storytelling and dramaturgy in various locations, including Container City Jeruville, Volksbühne Berlin or Schauspielhaus Düsseldorf, as well as locations in Hungary, Switzerland, Vienna, New York, and Puerto Rico, where she transformed physical spaces into unique immersive stage worlds. Today, Petra applies this experience to transformation programs and dialogue formats for companies such as Dachser, Siemens, Bayer, Allianz, R+V, and Takeda Pharma, as well as for research institutions (Max Planck Society, Fraunhofer Society) and SMEs.

Petra Lammers is currently working on her PhD in Transformation & Storytelling. She holds an MBA from Murray State University and an MFA in Dramaturgy & Directing from the State University of New York.

Petra is CEO, speaker and author and has received over 140 awards such as the ADC*Europe Gold, ADC Silver in Storytelling, Transform Award Europe, BEAworld, BrandEX, PR Award or German Brand Award. She is also a co-founder of #ImpactNOW, a movement of high-profile women in business, and an active member of PULSE, a business network for women run by the Handelsblatt.

Petra Lammers is CEO, speaker, and author, and has received over 140 awards for her projects, including ADC*Europe Gold, ADC Silver in Storytelling, Transform Award Europe, BEA World, BrandEx, PR Award, and German Brand Award. She is also a co-initiator of #ImpactNOW, a movement of high-profile women from the business world.

Her book „Die Kraft von Storytelling in der Transformation (The Power of Storytelling in Transformation)” was published by Haufe Verlag in May 2026.
