We believe this can’t be done alone, it requires collaboration, and it should still feel light, engaging, and even enjoyable.
That’s why we focus intensely on collaborative storytelling – taking everyone along on the diverse transformations we face. Be it with building entire transformation campaigns for culture and organizational change. Be it societal change with strongly supporting #ImpactNOW. Or be it with driving learning and AI transformation with guiding characters like Yuuki, Miss B, Claire, Monsters and Fabby: Yuuki supports digital & learning transformation by making AI accessible and building confidence, while Fabby, the AI onion, brings expertise in circular economy. Both have strong, vibrant personalities and unique origin stories that make learning relatable and human.
As the economy falters, one thing becomes increasingly clear: companies need a north star and a shared narrative to move forward in such dynamic times.
Drawing on the insights of “…everything is connected”, we translated this understanding into the corporate world and developed the Story-Driven Transformation Process. Through strategic and collaborative storytelling combined with data-driven analysis, we reflect the north star, shape the narrative, collaboratively develop communication processes, and activate to move. We weave the storylines together and continuously measure their effectiveness and creation of value. This is our focus with onto[story] GmbH – Office for Transformation & Storytelling.

The challenges of our time are growing and overlapping. Shaping the way we want to live together requires everyone to take action.
We created a theater piece “…everything is connected”, staging a hero vs. the collaborative lady – the contrasts couldn’t be greater. Together, we identified, discussed, and understood the dramaturgy of a collaborative narrative. It creates a shared understanding and a common story that connects people.
The experience reinforced a fundamental insight: physical presence and live interaction becomes essential again. Especially when they are combined with digital elements.
With #missionmiteinander, anniversary campaign of R+V, we explored how we want to live and work together in the future. For the first time back in the same room after COVID, live and digital at once, we created an open space for dialogue and marked an important starting point for collective thinking and societal transformation.
During the COVID creating intensely interactive events and communication process was key.
In the bright collection of digital events and meetings, we responded by creating formats that brought people back together. We even launched our own gamified platforms to enable these new kinds of interactions. Through interactive setups and thoughtfully designed environments, participants didn’t just watch, they became part of the experience. The DACHSER GLC 2021 became one of our highlight projects: bringing global leaders together to align on strategy and navigate transformation collectively, with each key strategy given its own individually designed studio, unified by a central space that wove everything together.
As the world grew more complex and interconnected, expertise became globally distributed.
We started staging immersive virtual spaces in VR where experts could connect beyond boundaries.
The most complex processes could be visualized. Especially in medicine and pharmaceuticals, this laid the foundation for a deeper understanding of intricate subject matter and opening new space for dialogue. Which is now more personal and tangible than the phone calls and video conferences we have used before.
