UX used to be a way of designing interfaces according to the customer needs. In the transformation process of ONE Tech Company, UX has developed into “Insights” – a way of gathering data collaborative, analysing it with AI, and producing decision-suggestions for products, innovations, opportunities as well as processes and collaboration itself.
For this process over the last several years, we have been creating the developing North Star as well as taking the teams along on the road, finding the essence and strength of what they are doing.
To achieve this, we have a way of co-creating the North Star and essence of positioning.
As a second step we then take along the team, finding their strengths and co-creatively developing their narrative. This we do with storytelling workshops.
